Standard shipping within Australia is included in the price of every parcel.
Christmas 2026
Every order placed during November 2026 is guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. November parcels are prepared, packed and sent progressively as each one is ready, not held for one end-of-month dispatch.
The rest of the year
Allow 7–10 business days from your paid order for your parcel to arrive. Delays in completing your letters or confirming book changes will add time.
When will it be sent?
Each parcel is chosen and wrapped by hand. We send it once your book list is final: after you confirm your twelve, or after your 48-hour review window closes with no response. Letters from You parcels also need all twelve messages confirmed before we can pack them.
Sending it as a gift
You can send a parcel straight to the child or their family. Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
Tracking
We'll email you tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
