Twelve books, wrapped and waiting. Each one is labelled with the month it's meant to be opened, and every book is chosen especially for the child who's going to read it. Here's how a parcel comes together.
1. Choose their collection
Pick the age group that fits: Little Chapters (0–3), Wonder Years (4–8), The Next Chapter (9–12) or Between the Lines (13–18). Then choose a Little Notes Parcel, which comes with a little note from us each month, or a Letters from You Parcel, if you'd like to write them twelve letters of your own.
2. Tell us about them
While personalising your parcel, tell us the child's first name, age, birthday month and interests, and which month and year their parcel should start from. You can also tell us about books they already own. Save their details and return to the cart to finish your order.
3. We choose twelve books
We prepare twelve books using the recipient's age and interests, then a real person checks every selection before it comes to you. You'll receive your book list within 24 hours of your paid order, and usually much sooner. Any wait is simply us checking it by hand.
4. You check the list
Your book-review email opens a 48-hour review window, starting when we send you your list. Your private review page shows the deadline. You can make unlimited swaps from the available alternatives through that page until you confirm your twelve or the deadline passes.
If you make no response, we'll proceed with the original twelve after the deadline. If you start making changes or identify books already owned but don't complete your selection, we'll hold your parcel and contact you. This does not extend the review deadline.
5. Wrapped, labelled and sent
Each book is wrapped and labelled with the month and year it's to be opened, then packed into our presentation box with a little note for each month, or your twelve letters. Standard Australian shipping is included.
6. One book a month
They open the first book on the day, then one each month after that. Everything arrives at once, so there's nothing more to wait for in the post and nothing more to pay.
How to send your Letters from You
Write your twelve messages online—one for each opening month. You can write them while personalising your parcel, or choose Finish later and receive a separate private completion link by email after we review and accept your order. Save your draft and return when you're ready, then click Confirm all 12 messages when all twelve are complete. There's no need to email attachments.
For Christmas 2026 parcels, please aim to confirm your twelve messages by 30 November 2026. Ordering close to the date or need a little longer? Complete them as soon as you can and contact hello@pageandparcel.com.au—we'll work with you. Your form does not automatically close at the end of November, and this requested date is separate from the 48-hour book review. We need all twelve confirmed messages before packing your Letters from You parcel.
When your parcel will arrive
Every order placed during November 2026 is guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. November parcels are prepared, packed and shipped progressively as they become ready—not held for one end-of-month dispatch.
For regular orders, allow 7–10 business days from your paid order for arrival. Delays in completing letters or resolving book-selection changes will add time to this delivery window. Standard Australian shipping is included.
